I didn’t get into beauty because I liked hair. I got into it because I was obsessed with transformation, both inner and outer. The outer transformation is often proof of the inner work. The kind that changes the way a woman carries herself when she finally feels like herself again. ✨

And no, that’s not to say that if your outer appearance isn’t “perfect” that something is wrong with you. Life happens. Seasons happen. Sometimes women are pouring so much into everyone else that they stop pouring into themselves for a while. A new mom can feel deeply grateful, fulfilled, and completely in love with her baby while simultaneously feeling disconnected from the version of herself she once recognized in the mirror.

That’s where we come in.

Sometimes self care isn’t vanity. Sometimes it’s restoration. Sometimes it’s the first deep breath you’ve taken in months. Whether it’s refreshed hair, a subtle colour transformation, a luxury blowout, or simply a few uninterrupted hours to yourself, beauty has a way of reconnecting women back to their confidence, energy, femininity, and identity again.

My journey in this industry started over 15 years ago as a student, assistant, and apprentice with a dream bigger than the circumstances around me at the time. I spent years learning behind the scenes, taking every opportunity I could to refine my craft, understand women on a deeper level, and master the art of creating hair that feels effortless, luxurious, and lived in.

Over the years, I trained with leading beauty institutions including Marca College, Donato Academy, and The School of Professional Makeup, while developing my own signature approach to beauty. Today, I specialize in luxury balayage, dimensional brunettes, healthy hair transformations, and customized colour designed to grow out beautifully and fit seamlessly into real life.

But beyond the hair itself, what I truly care about is the experience women have while sitting in my chair. I wanted to create more than appointments. I wanted to create a space where women feel seen, taken care of, understood, and elevated. A space where beauty feels empowering instead of intimidating.

That vision became Doll Me Up Beauty Lounge, a private luxury home studio and is now evolved into MIREA Beauty Salon, a luxury beauty experience rooted in confidence, femininity, artistry, and self expression.

As an entrepreneur and educator, I’m also deeply passionate about helping other artists grow within this industry, not just creatively, but personally and professionally too. Because beauty changes lives in ways that go far beyond what you see on the surface.

At the end of the day, this work has never just been about hair to me. It’s about helping women reconnect with themselves and there is nothing more rewarding than watching that shift happen right in front of my eyes.
